Each capsule contains 10 billion CFU.
Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient amount of water after a meal.
Duration of use: 1–3 months
Composition (active ingredients): Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Lacticaseibacillus casei, Lacticaseibacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus gasseri, Ligilactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus helveticus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactococcus lactis, Limosilactobacillus fermentum, Limosilactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, fructooligosaccharides, maltodextrin
Other ingredients: HPMC (capsule), cellulose
